This is the best first person shooter I've played! The graphics were dark and dirty, not overdone gradients. The sound was perfect - it really set a mood for the game, I love it!

The programming was a little buggy, but that can be fixed in the next episode. Do me a favor and email me, and I'll assist you with technical stuff. I have a script ready for you if you want to have a true machine gun working =)

"Well, it was 'ok'..."

There is obviously a lot of effort put into this movie, and the backgrounds have been put together wonderfuly...it's very stylish, but the Animations could have been a lot better, and the main graphics (ships, etc) were only decent...

Sorry, I am trying to vote honestly. This is a good movie, but it's not the best i've seen.

For the animations: I agree. A lot of the animations were done on-the-fly, or I did them as I went along. A lot of Definity's explosions will be based around the ship's parts (the ships will be segmented for explosions and such) and much more will be done in pre-production. I've learned a lot from this project.

As for ship design: I can agree, too. I wanted the ships to look sharp while not killing people's machines. I say screw to that in the next one. I'll try and crank up the detail level on various things (perhaps not the human figures) but like space objects or the 3D shots and whatnot.

I agree, the sound was rather annoying at times, but this movie had some of the best overal animation on newgrounds. *gasp* There were walk cycles, actual HAND DRAWN 3d rotations and all kinds of physics (such as the shirt flapping in the wind) that are hardly seen in other movies.

If only this involved a lot of killing, naked chicks and drugs, it would be #1 in the portal.

Actually.. there wasn't anything in this animation that was hand drawn, lol. It was all done with a mouse.. heh.

Though that was pretty well done, it was more than I like to see in terms of blood. I dont find torture funny, and castration is painful to even imagine, more so to see.

The sound was crackly and needed some work.

Blegh, how do you expect me to sleep after watching this?
